Just wanted to say Thank you !
It has been quite a while since I posted anything new – not because I’ve been going through any life crisis but because everything has been getting better and better for me thus really occupied me.
So this post is going to be about regular exercise.
I’ve recently started exercising more than how I used to and for a longer time and I love it. Just love it. Since I am a person who tends to suffer from lower back pain most of the time so exercise is very mandatory for me.
Regular exercise not only helps maintain weight loss or control your weight gain, it also makes you happier !
It’s a miracle cure which we possess yet don’t tend to use much, did you know that if you exercise regularly your chances of getting cancer, diabetes, heart attack, stroke and other major sicknesses are lowered by at least 50% ? So what you waiting for ?!
Regular exercise combats health conditions and diseases thus you’d always feel better if you’ve had your regular exercise.
Chances of early death is also decreases in 30%.
Exercise also improves your memory, the way you learn and reduces stress.
It really makes you feel good for the rest of the day , this is referred to as ‘runner’s high‘ yet of course if you exercise for 2 minutes you are not going to feel instantly happier and good about yourself.
Additionally, while your body becomes more fit your brain becomes more fit as well ! Exercise boosts brain power and so you think faster.
It also increases your metabolism and strengthens your immune system and thus your chances of catching a flu or a cold are decreased !
Sometimes when you don’t feel like exercising it might simply be because you are not motivated enough. Try to find your motivation, perhaps set a goal you’d be very happy to accomplish i.e losing 2pounds or look at photos of the type of body shape you’d like to achieve. If this still doesn’t work, sign up for a group class of some sort of exercise like dancing for example then you would be more committed to exercising and you’d actually have a lot of fun !
If you are those people who tend to have a hectic and busy schedule then simply take in your exercise in small chunks rather than wait for a day which you’re fully free because this way you would obviously be getting no exercise at all. Moreover, it suits people who can’t find the motivation to actually spend so much time on exercising.
Never ever forget to drink PLENTY of water before and after exercising especially on these hot summer days.
Change your routine from time to time so that you don’t do the same thing over and over again and by doing this you would be able to put yourself to new challenges and enjoy your exercise time.
Have fun exercising !
